About the role

predev. Solutions is a software house that builds web platforms, mobile apps and the systems behind them for companies across Egypt and the Gulf.

You join predev. as a full-time employee and work fully remotely. predev. assigns you to the client projects where you are needed most.

What you'll do

  • Own Flutter apps end to end — architecture, build, test, release and support in production.
  • Turn Figma designs into fast, pixel-accurate screens that work on both iOS and Android.
  • Structure apps with clear state management and a clean separation of UI, domain and data layers.
  • Integrate REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, payments, maps and analytics.
  • Publish to the App Store and Google Play: signing, builds, store listings and review responses.
  • Automate builds and releases with CI/CD, and track crashes and performance after release.
  • Write platform-specific code (Kotlin/Swift) when a plugin does not exist or is not good enough.
  • Work with backend engineers on API contracts that suit mobile clients.
  • Help scope new mobile projects: estimate the work, choose the architecture and flag risks early.
  • Review code, mentor mid-level engineers, and write the documentation the next engineer needs.

What you need

  • 3+ years building Flutter apps in production, with at least two apps live on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Strong Dart, including null safety, async code and streams.
  • Production experience with at least one state-management approach: Bloc, Riverpod or Provider.
  • Clean architecture, dependency injection and a codebase other engineers can work in.
  • REST API integration, local storage and offline handling.
  • Firebase: push notifications (FCM), Crashlytics and analytics.
  • The full release process on both stores, including signing and handling review rejections.
  • Unit and widget tests as a normal part of your work.
  • Git and a pull-request review culture.
  • Clear written English for specs, pull requests and incident notes.

Nice to have

  • Native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience and platform channels.
  • CI/CD for mobile: Codemagic, Fastlane or GitHub Actions.
  • Payment gateways and in-app purchases.
  • Maps, location tracking and real-time features (WebSockets).
  • Performance profiling with Flutter DevTools.
  • Flutter web or desktop.
  • Arabic / RTL layouts; Arabic language.
