predev. Solutions is a software house building mobile apps, web platforms and brand identity for companies in the Gulf and the Middle East. This policy covers predevsolutions.com and the email we exchange with you.

For anything in this policy, write to contact@predevsolutions.com. A person reads that inbox.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, your company, your country, the budget range and timeline you pick, your message, and which page you came from. If you arrived through one of our ads, we also receive the campaign details in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or an ad click ID), so we know which ad brought you.

If you apply for a job on our careers pages, we receive what you enter there: your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn and portfolio links, years of experience, current and expected salary, notice period, your cover note and your CV. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

If you email or message us directly, we hold that correspondence for as long as we are talking.

Our host and CDN keep standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, your browser's user-agent. These are operational records, used to keep the site up and to investigate abuse.

On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you click Accept, nothing below runs and no cookie is set.

If you accept, we load Google Analytics (to count visits and see which pages and sources work), the Meta Pixel (to measure and target our ads on Facebook and Instagram), the LinkedIn Insight Tag (to measure our ads on LinkedIn) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings of how the pages are used, with what you type into form fields masked). All four set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you view. When you send the contact or job-application form we also tell them that it happened — never your message.

If you accepted and you send the contact form, our server also reports the enquiry to Meta through its Conversions API, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw and count it once. It sends your email address and phone number only as one-way hashes (scrambled codes, not the text itself), with your IP address, browser details, the service, budget, country and timeline you picked. If you declined cookies, nothing is sent to Meta.

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft process this under their own privacy policies. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookies link in the footer.

Apart from that choice, this site stores two things in your browser: whether you picked the light or dark theme, which never leaves your device, and, for the length of your visit only, the campaign details of the link you arrived from, which are sent only with the contact form.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not buy it either.

Contact and job-application forms are delivered to us by email through ZeptoMail, Zoho's email service, which processes them on our behalf.

They are also kept in our own records system, which we host ourselves, so we can follow up. Job applications, including your CV, are kept for up to 12 months for recruitment and deleted sooner if you ask us at careers@predevsolutions.com.

Our email runs on Zoho Mail. The site is served through Cloudflare.

If you accepted analytics cookies, Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), LinkedIn (Insight Tag) and Microsoft (Clarity) receive the data described above.

Those are processors acting on our instructions. We share your information with nobody else unless the law requires it, or unless you ask us to.

We publish our own posts to our own Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts with an internal tool that uses each platform's official API. It is not offered to anyone else.

Those connections hold access tokens for our accounts only. They do not collect anything about visitors to this site or about other people on those platforms. On TikTok we request only basic profile information, to confirm the right account is connected, and permission to upload videos to our own drafts.

We use what you send only to answer you, to scope and deliver work you have asked for, and to keep our own records of what was agreed.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they are still a live conversation and deleted once they plainly are not. Records tied to work we delivered are kept for as long as we may need them for contractual or accounting reasons.

Write to contact@predevsolutions.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not make you explain why.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you formal data rights, such as the EU or UK, this is how you exercise them with us.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to the mailbox and hosting is restricted and multi-factor protected. No service can promise perfect security, and we are not going to claim it. If something happens that affects you, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not quietly rewrite it.
