predev HR app privacy policy.

predev HR is an HR and payroll system that companies use for their staff. The predev HR app (com.predevsolutions.hr) is the employee's side of it. You use it to clock in and out, request leave, read your payslip, and see or upload your documents. The web version is at hr.predevsolutions.com.

The app collects only what those tasks need. It has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party trackers. We do not sell anything it collects, and your employer is the only company that sees it, apart from the service providers named below.

Your employer is the data controller. They decide to use predev HR, which of your details go into it, and how long records are kept. Your employment record belongs to them.

predev. Solutions (PredevSolutions L.L.C., C.R. 311604, Cairo, Egypt) is the data processor. We store and process the data on your employer's instructions. We do not use it for anything of our own.

So a request to see, correct or delete your record usually goes to your employer's HR department first. We will help them act on it.

This is the complete list. We use each item for the purpose given and nothing else.

Your payslip, leave balance and pay figures come from your employer's records. The app only displays them.

• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics, telemetry or behaviour profiling.
• No push notifications. The app checks for new notifications only while it is open, so no device token goes to anyone.
• No selling or renting of personal data.
• No background or continuous location tracking.
• No access to your contacts, messages, call history or files.
• No reading of photos you did not choose to attach.

Your phone asks for your permission before the app can use either of these. You can say no, or take the permission back later in your phone's settings. The rest of the app keeps working.

Location is read only at the moment you clock in or out. If you refuse, your employer may ask you to record attendance another way.

Camera and photos are used only when you take or pick a photo to attach.

The app sends everything over HTTPS to hr.predevsolutions.com and to no other host. The data is stored on servers operated by predev. Traffic to those servers passes through Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the service.

Each company's records are kept apart from every other company's. Inside your company, access follows the roles your employer sets: you see your own record, and managers and HR see what their role allows.

We share the data with nobody else unless the law requires it or your employer asks us to.

We keep the data for as long as your employer keeps your employment record, or as long as Egyptian law requires them to. When your employer deletes a record, it is removed from the live system.

You can ask to see the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted when there is no legal or employment reason to keep it.

Your employer is the controller, so start with your HR department. They can change or delete your account in predev HR. If you cannot reach them, or they do not reply, write to contact@predevsolutions.com and we will help.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your employment record. That record belongs to your employer.

predev HR is a workplace tool that employers give to adult staff. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes what we collect or why, we update the version and date at the top of this page.
